The BrandAlliance Authentic Partnership is a program we developed to work strategically, ethically, respectfully and profitably with our vendor partners and to grow our relationships & businesses together.
Strategy and Execution
We target all our vendors, multi-line reps, and our customer service agents with custom gift cards, imprinted brownies or tea, imprinted rocks (each one is unique) and, at higher levels, collectible miniature guitars.
When one of our partners has done something extraordinary, we send a unique rock and a personal note to that vendor. If a single person receives 3 rocks, they will qualify for a custom mini electric guitar and they officially become a ROCKSTAR. The package sent to them includes a framed letter from our Vendor Relations Director. If a single person receive 10 rocks, they receive another collectible acoustic guitar and they officially become a SUPERSTAR!
Both qualitative and quantitative results surpassed our expectations for the outcome of this program. We received multiple testimonials and attestations from our partners. As for measurable results, 2015 was a record year of awards achieved by BrandAlliance. Of specific note was the PPPC National Distributor of the Year award which is voted on by suppliers!
