Activate! Promotions + Marketing Officially Becomes BrandAlliance

Charlotte, NC—July 26, 2016—As of July 1, 2016, Activate! Promotions + Marketing is officially operating as BrandAlliance. This name change is the result of a merger between the two organizations that was executed on June 30, 2015.

The completion of the merger allows BrandAlliance to leverage a true North American solution for its US and Canada markets. The combined company will have an increased international presence with minimal business overlap, and a greater, more aligned service set.
